Do I need professional speaking experience?
Not always. Clear communication, genuine insight and the ability to engage an audience matter most. Relevant event experience or a short speaking video is helpful.
Do I need to send a video?
A video is strongly encouraged because it helps us understand your delivery and presence. It does not need to be professionally produced.
Can hosts, comedians, athletes and panel guests apply?
Yes. YCGS supports a range of event formats, including keynote talks, hosted interviews, panels, comedy, event hosting and meet-and-greets.
Will I automatically be added to the directory?
No. Every application is reviewed for fit, quality and relevance. If we see potential alignment, we will contact you to continue the conversation.
Does being listed guarantee bookings?
No. Bookings depend on the needs, budget and decisions of individual event organisers. A directory profile does not guarantee future work.
Is YCGS exclusive?
No. YCGS is non-exclusive. You remain free to work directly and with other agents or platforms, and you decide which opportunities you want to consider.
Who decides my fee?
You remain in control of the fee you are prepared to accept. We share the event brief and commercial context with you before anything is agreed.
