Karl Dickson

Karl Dickson is a former professional rugby union player turned elite referee, whose career has spanned both the Premiership and the international stage. As a scrum-half, he represented Harlequins over 170 times, winning the Premiership title in 2012 before making the transition to refereeing. Since then, Karl has quickly established himself as one of the game’s top officials, overseeing matches in the Gallagher Premiership, European competitions, and at Test level. His unique perspective as both a player and referee allows him to share valuable insights into leadership, resilience, and decision-making at the highest level of sport.
